Mr Zhang Chuanwei is a representative of the 12th and 13th National People's Congress. In 1993, he founded Zhongshan Mingyang Electric Co., Ltd., and in 2006, Mr Zhang Chuanwei founded Guangdong Mingyang Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of "Guangdong Mingyang Wind Power Industry Group Co., Ltd." and "Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd.") and has been the President and Chief Executive Officer (General Manager) since then.

From September 2019 to March 2020, he served as Director, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Operating Officer. From March 2020 to present, he serves as a board member, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer.

From 2005 to 2007, Mr Liu Lianyu was the General Manager of China Guodian Corporation's Zhongshan Gas Power Generation Company; and from 2005 to 2008, he was the Deputy Director of China Guodian Corporation's Nuclear Power Office; Deputy Director of the Planning and Development Department of China Guodian Corporation from 2006 to 2008; Secretary of the Party Group and General Manager of Henan Company of China Guodian Corporation from 2006 to 2009; Director of the Nuclear Power Office and Deputy Director of the Planning Department of China Guodian Corporation from May 2009 to March 2014; Director of the Party Inspection Office of China Guodian Corporation from March 2014 to September 2015. From September 2015 to 2017, Director of Purchasing and Material Management Department of China Guodian Corporation. From December 2017 to February 2020, Co-Operating Officer of Mingyang, and from March 2020 to September 2023, Supervisor of Mingyang.

From 1993 to 2013, Mr Liang Caifa served as the accountant and finance manager of Sany Group and the finance director of Sany Heavy Industry Business Unit. He served as the Vice President of finance and general manager of the finance center of Mingyang from 2013 to April 2019. From May 2019 to present, Mr Liang Caifa serves as the chief financial officer and general manager of the finance center.

From March 2016 to March 2020, he served as Manufacturing Director, Assistant to the Executive President, Vice President of Business and General Manager of the Production and Manufacturing Department of Mingyang; from March 2020 to June 2022, he served as Vice President, Deputy Director of the Operation Centre and General Manager of the Production and Manufacturing Department and the Offshore Engineering Operation and Maintenance Department; and from July 2022 to present, Mr Wang Dongdong serves as Senior Vice President and Director of the Operation Centre.
